BoomHaus was born from a specific frustration: watching property owners bleed revenue while attempting to put together, source and install furniture that ultimately looked generic and took way too long. For a short-let business, traditional interior design often gets it wrong, prioritising aesthetics over economics and creating delays that cost thousands in lost rent as well as design fees that do not make commercial sense. We take a different view. We believe design shouldn't just be decoration; it should be the engine that drives your business and it has to make commercial sense.

We don’t just pick fabrics; we engineer spaces for the algorithm. We are obsessed with the data behind what makes a guest stop scrolling and click "book." We know how to create the "hero shots" that capture attention and the comfort levels that trigger 5-star reviews. Our philosophy is simple: we occupy the smart middle ground, delivering commercial-grade quality that survives the wear and tear of guests, without the luxury markup that eats your ROI. And we understand it, as both our founders are experts in the short let market both as operators and designers.

Most importantly, we decided to be the partner we wish we had. In an industry full of hidden fees and slow quotes, we chose to be stupidly transparent. We publish everything upfront, including our margins because we respect your intelligence and your time. We aren’t here to win design awards; we’re here to get you live, get you to Superhost status, and help you scale your portfolio without the headache.

we do people, not properties

We want your guests to enjoy your space - we follow emerging behaviours, shifting habits, and new ideas around what makes people book.

We want our clients to enjoy hosting, confident their spaces work, both for them and for their guests.

We want our suppliers to feel valued, supported and pushed to be the best.

We want our people to be challenged, to love their work and to grow while with us.

we stretch design time

We are mad about tech. We use smart systems, automation, and AI, but not just because it sounds futuristic. We do it to strip away the bloat and inefficiency that plagues the furniture industry. While traditional firms are bogged down in manual quotes and endless email chains, we use technology to streamline the logistics, analyze booking data, and keep our pricing & services no-fuss and stupidly simple. It’s how we move at the speed of the short-let market while keeping costs down.

But ultimately, we use machines to handle the logic so our team can handle the magic. By automating the grunt work, inventory tracking, scheduling, and admin, we free up what matters most: human creativity and real relationships. We let the AI crunch the numbers on what drives occupancy, so we can spend our time focusing on you, your vision, and creating spaces that feel unmistakably human.

Tech doesn’t replace design. It gives it the space to run free.

transparent, simple pricing

The industry standard is to hide fees and make you wait weeks for a quote. We hate that. We publish everything online, including our margin (it’s 25%, by the way). You can see our all-inclusive packages right on the site. You’ll know in 30 seconds if we fit your budget, no awkward sales calls required.

If you got for a package, we analyse your property’s potential before we begin, benchmarking yield and occupancy data to define success upfront.

In start-up spaces, we model using smart local averages. In legacy listings, we aim to outperform. It’s design with commercial intent.

Interior design can’t be truly beautiful if it doesn’t function and isn’t effective commercially. We strive to ensure the numbers look good too.

we nourish to flourish (with you)

We understand that small projects are the first step to long-term partnerships. We don’t treat your property as a one-off project; we treat it as the foundation of your future portfolio. Our goal isn't just to sell you furniture today, but to be the partner you trust when you’re ready to launch your fifth, tenth, or twentieth unit. We understand the ambition to scale, taking you from a side-hustle host to a serious operator, and we provide the consistency, speed, and commercial durability you need to grow without the growing pains.

This is about building a business that lasts. We focus on the "flywheel effect": creating intentional, resilient spaces that generate the 5-star reviews necessary to feed the algorithm. When guests rave about the comfort and style, your search ranking climbs, and your bookings compound over time. We help our clients grow from single spaces to standout portfolios by creating places people want to talk about, return to, and remember, ensuring your investment pays dividends for years, not just months.
